Julieanne and I went to Fish Lake this weekend and had a great time. My little cousins were playing monopoly on the floor of the cabin when we arrived, and they invited us to join them. Things were going great until Riley wouldn't sell Marvin Gardens to Julieanne. She asked nice at first, but I could tell she was starting to get really angry. Before I could stop her, she flipped the board over in a fit of rage and held Riley down, asking how much he wanted to breathe. He cried, and said she could have the property. But all the little kids had already run away and the game was over.

I asked why she hurt my cousin, and she replied "The yellow properties are my favorite. You know that."
She felt bad later that night and for the rest of the vacation, she tried to give Riley chocolates out of her treat bag. Riley wouldn't go near her.

Julieanne and I spent an awesome week in Montana with some old friends from ShopKo. Julieanne and I had so much fun...We ate so many sweets! We went to Walmart and bought all of our favorite 5 pound bags, then watched Mythbusters Marathon. Julieanne would tickle me every time a myth got busted. Soon I was making up my own myths for her to bust. We laughed until both of us peed our pants.

The best part was every night when we would brush each other's teeth in the little half-bathroom just off the hallway. Julieanne is the best teethbrusher I have ever met.

More massage oil--I mean--sunscreen, please!

Hi everyone! Julieanne and I returned from our Oceanside vacation a couple of days ago. The sunny days were so beautiful! My whole family was there, and to be honest, things were a little tense between my siblings and Julieanne. Things were fine until we played beach volleyball. Julieanne and I played against my two little brothers. We were losing badly and I told Julieanne that if we could somehow win, I would teach her how to use her tongue to tie cherry stems in knots. Bump, Set, Spike! I have never seen such furious volleyball action!

Well, my brothers were so angry that they kicked her out of the condo and wouldn't speak to her again. We sat on the beach with a jar of marschino cherries and tried to decide what we should do. Eventually, I decided it would be best to go get her a hotel room down the road. We only had 18 dollars, but we found an OK place. This is a picture outside her room at Hotel del Mar.

I tucked Julieanne in bed tenderly, and went back to the condo to chastize my brothers for their cruel behavior.

The next morning, everything was forgiven and we had a great day at the beach!

Being tender together is one of the things that has made our relationship so special. When it's massage time, Julieanne will sometimes use her fists and shout "Meat tenderizer!" as she pummels all the day's frustrations out of my lower back. I'm her little ribeye and she's my porterhouse.
